Thermostat is saying no power

Hi, our nest thermostat was working great, then 4 days ago the heat stopped working. The thermostat kept working as usual , no codes. We just turned the power off and back on. The thermostat did not reconnect to WiFi and now is throwing codes e296/ m20.. it’s been 10 mins and still has not connected to internet, what do we do next?

Fingers crossed you get a timely reply. I've been dealing with power problems since the day I installed this thing and have not been provided solutions. Very frustrating.
