over past 2 days, noticed that temp on my NEST thermostat at my cottage has been going down (there has been a big storm).  went below ECO temp at 4.5 degrees and this morning just went offline.  I have lots of propane (radiant heat) and wifi working in the house. (my nest camera is working).   any suggestions?  I'm not able to get there so everything being done remote.

I’m having same problem but my cam is showing pre history but is not on line Iv been trying to get customer service but I’m having so much trouble . I am I’m thinking of going Apple just for it customer service . And no I’m not a employee or part of Apple I’m just fed up
