Thanks for letting us know that your Nest Thermostat won't hold its charge. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you and see what might be the possible cause.

To isolate, please gather the power readings in the Technical Info settings and inspect for any wiring report or message code. Then, pull the thermostat display and try charging it via USB charger for an hour before plugging it back into its base. Lastly, does it have a C-wire installed?
