No idea why the thermostat calls for heat when I set the Thermostat to off . I have also it set to 60 degrees . The house tonight got to 75 degrees and had to shut the boiler off . I have also disabled the learning option . I have restarted and reset the whole thermostat . Nothing seems to work . I’m very disappointed in this product . It seems like it happens a lot to other people . If someone has any suggestions pls let me know before I return this product .

Issue is fixed - cabling was done incorrect -> he used opentherm connectors instead of connector 2/3

I’m having exactly the same issue. I’ve turned the auto schedule off so the thermostat is no longer learning but it keeps switching the heating on even when I have set a low temperature?!

I'm still having problems. The engineer installed new cable and it's doing the same thing.
