Thermostat nest

I have 2 issues that I need support. My app was recently updated and then I was not able to sign in and when I select forgot password I don’t get any email so I signed in with a different email address but I don’t have the option to control the temperature or to look at any history. Second issue is that the AC is working but I don’t see it cooling not sure is related to my access but manually trying to reset but the air is not cooling

Thanks for posting in the Community! Sorry to hear that you lost access to your account to control your Nest Thermostat and to hear that isn’t cooling. No worries, help is here! To help me assist you better, please provide the following information:
 

  • What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
  • Have you tried performing a factory reset and setting it up again on the App?
  • Are you using the Google Home or Nest app?
