My Nest thermostat has been off for 11 days it seems whilst I was away on holiday. It says on my app that I have to contact Boxed. When I try that, they say I need a case number from Nest, but Nest keeps telling me to go to Boxed. Any tips from anyone as losing the will here!

Could you tell what Nest Thermostat model you have? Have you experienced any power issues with it and getting any wiring reports? Also, have you tried the steps in this guide?
