It is 3° outside extremely cold in Kansas City and my thermostat keeps going down the heat won’t come on. My thermostat is registering 68° in the house. We are freezing. The auxiliary heat has been registering all day but heat not coming on. I have thermostat on 77 but the temperature in the house keeps going down and heats not doing nothing
