Thermostat not connecting to cell phone

Thermostat will not connect to the nest app on my cell phone.

I’m having the same issue as I added a house’s thermostat but then lost three previous thermostats at 2 other houses on my phone. At one of those houses now but when trying to add device instead of an Entry Key it says Device is already connected. Butcwhere?

Thanks for posting in the Community! Sorry to hear that you can't setup your Nest Thermostat and lose access to the others thermostat in different home structures. No worries, help is here! Please provide me with the following information to get the right troubleshooting:

• What Nest Thermostat model do you have?
• How many Home Structures do you have?
• Are you using the Nest App or Google Home App?
