After troubleshooting over the course of 5 days, including restarting the thermostat, restarting my router, and factory resetting the thermostat, I called customer support. Not surprisingly, the “solution,” despite not even having this thermostat for 2 years (it was purchased in 11/2022), I’m now told I need to buy a new device. I had my previous Honeywell thermostat for 10 years without ever having an issue, but in now under 2 years, I’m already having to replace this product, and because it’s out of warranty, of course, nothing can be done. But I’m told not to worry, because they’ve improved the product, and there are “new features and functionality”…how about supporting your EXISTING products that people have already spent hundreds of dollars on, expecting them to WORK?? I’m so disappointed, and will NOT be giving google any more of my money for products that won’t last.

What is the problem you are experiencing?
Is it not seeing any WiFi networks or just one?
How is it wired? is there a C wire installed?

Yes, it’s wired into the wall, and there’s a blue wire going into the C connection. It’s not picking up any WiFi networks, which is a new problem that I never had in the 1.5 years since buying the unit.
