I've had this for several years and not had a problem all the sudden everything's changed it's not listed on anything I have I am able to get on to the internet but it will not connect this device to it. I've been trying for days I've repeatedly asked for help. No one seemed to know what to do to get the devise added they keep saying this and that they tell me to do this and that but nothing works then they just leave me. Our temperature here is upper 80s and 90s right now and I'm running a temperature of 100 I can't take much more. Thinking about ripping it off the wall and going and buy a old fashion thermostat.
