Hi, my thermostat is stuck on the home symbol and won’t change. It also now won’t connect too my phone so that I’m able to make changes. Any help would be great thanks
Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay and for the trouble this may have caused you. I'd like to take a closer look at it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Do you see any blinking light on your thermostat? Also, in what country are you located? Please ensure that the wires aren't pushing the display of your thermostat away from its base.
