Thermostat screen

I just bought an used thermostat. It never turned on the screen even after charging several hours. It’s only blinking a green light on the top when is charging on the micro USB port or when I unplug it from charging, the green light it’s always blinking.

I tried to reset it several time, pressing it for more then 10 seconds and it turn the red/orange light for blink and then continue with the green light but the screen never turned on… completely blank

Is it broken?
