Thermostat showing offline after adding nest doorbell even though it is connected to internet

I add a nest doorbell and now my nest learning thermostat shows offline in my app. I checked the thermostat and it's connected to my wifi. When I use the Google account it sees it but u can't control it from.my phone. It was working with an different account but now shows offline its driving me crazy as I'm not sure how I screwed it up

i fixed my issue did another install of the thermostat in the account and all started working fine not sure what I did wrong or caused it to not work but both the thermostat and doorbell are now good.
