Thermostat stuck on continue setup in google home app

That error  pops up when I try to connect to the thermostat through the app

I am getting the exact same thing. Have new wifi network and unable to get going. Have tried multiple phones as well. Not sure the issue.

same here been trying to connect to new network every thing else on the new router works!

Same issue and error here. Feels like a Google cloud issue, not ours. Guessing we need to wait for someone to notice and give it a good reboot.

Called Google and they said servers are down.

Try adding your device now. Mine just worked for the Nest.

Hello all,

Thanks for reaching out. There was an issue that the Google team investigated, and a fix was rolled out last night for it.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble. The issue with the server is now resolved. You can now try adding your Nest Thermostats to the Google Home app. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll be locking this thread after 24 hours.
