Thermostat stuck on picture of nest logo and arrow

Can anybody help please.

My thermostat is stuck on the Nest Logo with and arrow screen.

I am trying to setup and connect it to WiFi but I am not able to get off this screen.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with setting up your Nest Thermostat. To isolate the issue, could you try restarting it by holding down the display until the screen goes off? Once back on, check if it will boot up.
