Thermostat won’t appear in the app

The thermostat will not appear on the app. When I try to add the thermostat to the app using a code, I can’t see the code as the thermostat says it is connected to the app. How do I fix this?

Sorry for the delay but thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community. 

 

I have listed some questions below to better understand what happened:

  1. What type of Nest thermostats do you have? You may refer to this guide: https://bit.ly/3plXioy
  2. Are you logged into the Nest app using the same email address and password you've used to set up your thermostats?
  3. Were you able to see these thermostats on the Nest app of this same mobile device before? If yes, what recent changes were made?
  4. Have you tried logging into https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w using a computer browser or on another mobile device's Nest app if the same issue persist?

I'll look forward to your responses so I can dig deeper into them.
