Thermostat won’t stay connected to WIFI

Hey Laura,

Having your device not stay connected to the Wi-Fi is not ideal, sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Do you mind me asking, are you able to reconnect the device? Does it disconnect after reconnecting it? How long does it generally take before the device disconnects? Please let me know, so I can look into this further for you.
