My heating is randomly coming on. I’ve tried eco, away, turning off and turning on the schedule and it keep turning on as manual ! 24 degree heating was not welcomed when it was 32 degrees outside!

The behavior that your system is experiencing is one of the indications that your Nest Thermostat might not getting enough power from the HVAC unit. I'd like to know if you have a C (common) wire connected to your Nest Thermostat.
