Thermostat

Hi.We have got a new boiler  with Nest learning thermostat however when I want to increase heating it takes nearly an hour.I have also scheduled heating for morning 6-8am and woke up at 7am and was still cold. Termostans was saying “preparing heating” and started after 7am,which was not good for us..I don’t want to wait for my house to get warm an hour as this is waiting my time.Can anyone help please?
