H72 error code

OMG my nest thermostat is switched off downstairs and I can’t even get my heating on downstairs , I have a H72 error code, 

my upstairs nest device doesn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, I paid for reliability and ease of use when I paid for the Google nest high prices, now I can’t even get my heating switched on in the cold weather. 

i need this resolved please, and I think reading the comments over the weeks and months, I think this has been on the radar for a while.
