Thermostats not showing up in Nest App after updating iPhone

I have 2 HVAC Systems in my house. Nest thermostats have been installed for years and I love checking them regularly with my iPhone. Recently updated IOS as I normally do, after the update I opened the APP and both thermostats are no longer showing up. I attempted to Add Product but cannot get an entry key on them since they are already installed. There has to be a way to get them back.

Have you tried restarting your iPhone? Sometimes a simple reboot can help refresh the connection between your phone and the Nest Thermostats. If that doesn't work, here are a few more steps you can try:

 

  1. Ensure that your iPhone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Nest Thermostats. If there are any connectivity issues, resolving them might help.
  2. Verify that you are using the correct Nest account. Sometimes, multiple accounts or a login issue can cause devices not to appear.
  3. Check for available home structures where the thermostats might be linked.
