Transitioning from Honeywell to nest 3 wiring

Hello.  I’m running into issue on figuring  out wiring for Google nest 3. Coming from Honeywell thermostat.  Heating always states aux heat but previous thermostat did not.

Am I connecting incorrect wiring?
