Trying to add a Home in San Juan Puerto Rico

I am trying to add a Home Address in San Juan Puerto Rico.  However the address does not have a state/Territory PR at all.  Yes, PR is part of US.  The zip code here is 00907.

Indeed, yes, Puerto Rico is part of the USA. Sadly, Google Nest's thermostats are not supported in Puerto Rico. I'm just another Google Nest customer and don't know why.
