Trying to determine Nest Compatibility

While working through Google's compatibility checker I was told to send in a photo of the current thermostat wiring.

Can anyone assist in determining whether the nest learning 4th gen is compatible?

Give this wiring a try.

Red - RH to Rc (jumper to RC not needed)

White W to Y1 (jumper to Y not needed)

Orange - O to OB

Green - G to G
