Hello… more current to the neighborhood. Have home higher up and ground floor. Switch et al is higher up. Higher up is showing detached. Have had a go at deleting the application, resetting the indoor controller with hardly any outcome. Looking for course. Ground floor is viable. Thankful to you early.

I need solution please help me.

Hi Mick7,

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I know it's been a while now — I'm sorry for the delay. I'd like to know more about it. What is the exact message or code you received in the app or in your actual Nest Thermostat? Please provide your thermostat power readout.

You can follow this guide on how to check the power readout:

  1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Look for Technical Info.
  4. Select Power.

If the battery level of your thermostat is below 3.7V, please charge it using a micro USB charger for at least an hour.

Best,

Jenelyn
