Two thermostats

I had two separate names for the thermostats on my phone and computer from which I could control the temperature.

both have seemed to disappear…. how can I get them back

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that both of your Nest thermostats seem to have disappeared. I'm happy to help you!

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • What model of Nest thermostats do you have?
  • Are you using the Google Home app or the Nest app? Is it updated to the latest version?
  • Has there been any recent change in the home Wi-Fi network?
  • Are you using the correct account in the app?
  • Are you able to control the thermostats using the physical controls on the device itself?
