Unable to Find W-Fi Network TD004 (0.65)

Hello all I am having connectivity issues with 2 of my 4 Nest thermostats. 16 days agon2 of them went offline and cannot get them to connect. I tried resetting one of them and I get “Unable to Find W-Fi Network TD004 (0.65)” I tried different routers and on a 2.4 and 5 ghz. . Mind you they were all connected fine for over a year with no issues until 16 days ago 2 of them went offline. 
please advise if anyone has a solution.

The TD004 error can occur when your thermostat goes to sleep before it finishes adding it to your account in the Nest app. Try these steps:

On the thermostat screen, select Learn more > Reset device. This doesn't reset to it factory defaults, it just resets the account info on the thermostat. Once your thermostat has finished restarting, resume setup in the Nest app.

To avoid this issue and keep the thermostat awake while you add it to your account, you can try pressing the screen every 20 seconds or so.
