Unable to Pair Second Nest with App

I just bought a house that has two Nest Learning Thermostats (gen 2).  I’m new to the Nest products but I was easily able to pair one of the devices with the app, but I get error message TD030 when trying to pair the second Nest.  They’re all connected to the same wifi network (as is my iPhone 11) which uses a new Eero mesh router.

Problem resolved by resetting the WWN connection.  Found the solution on on old post.
