Unable to cancel Nest Renew or update energy provider

 I went to the Nest Renew dashboard, under settings, and noticed that my energy company was "Energy Company", not Pedernales Electric Coop, but there is no option to udate it.  In fact, there was no way to update anything, including removing my subscription.

I've been so frustrated with getting notifications about energy programs from an energy company that does not service my home!

How can I delete my subscription to Nest Renew?

Based on what you mentioned, I recommend canceling your Nest Renew subscription either through the Nest Renew portal on a computer or via your mobile device, especially if you've already tried canceling from the Google Home app. For more information, you can access the article Manage your Nest Renew settings.
