Unable to connect my thermostat to the app

I am trying to connect my thermostat to the app and it keeps saying incorrect entry code but the code I am inputting is the one shown on my thermostat so not sure how it could be wrong.

I am getting this too.  Is your learning thermostat a version 2 (black face)?  Was it working until this summer?  Are you using the Nest app on an iPhone?  Mine was working for years but disconnected a few months ago and now refuses to reregister ("That's not the right key").
