Unable to see

Hi, I'm unable to see the Greg's office thermostat to control it. Please advise on where did it go and how to get it back.

Go to the nest and see if it says it's connected to wifi network. If not then you have to go to the settings and connect to the wifi again. Maybe the wifi network name or password was changed and they did not tell the nest the new info.

• Are you using the Google Home app or the Nest app to control your thermostat?
• Is your thermostat currently displaying any error code or messages?
• Have you tried checking the app on another phone or tablet to see if the thermostat appears there?
