Unavle to connect nest to new phone

Hi. 

 

I've just got a new phone and transfered all my apps over. When in nest, my thermostats is not showing. I've followed the steps to try and reset it up and ut asks for a key code within the nest app wettinv but when I click on that, it says nest app connected and no other options. I have switched it off, reconnected the Internet but not sure why I can't connect. I have also tried to delete my nest account but nothing has worked. Any ideas would be greatly received.

Hi I had the same problem. Try reseting your nest thermostat back to factory settings, bit of a pain as you have to input all your details and WiFi password in but it worked for me.
