The Urgent Cooling system issue (and I presume the Heating one as well) needs to tell us which of our 12 thermostats has the issue. We can't seem to find the details either in the email, the App or the Web interface. Is there some way to tell where in the heck the problem is without testing every zone?
We have 4 separate HVAC systems, each with 3 zones. It could be as simple as a window left open, but it could also be a failed damper or a complete unit failure. How do figure this out?
