WIFI is not working

I received a response from you. It does not help.   Thrmostan is still not working. Saying "Error - nest.com/w5"......
I did several resets, and nothing appears to be working. So sad that you buy a product and pay the premium, and in less than years, it does not work. What to do now? Spend money again knowing that in 2 years I would need to purchase another one? I am very disappointed by Google Nest.

If you still see the W5 error code, contact Google Nest support  and they will advise on next steps. Let the agent know you've already tried the steps you mentioned.

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select "Thermostats", type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
  3. Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
  4. Choose to get a call or call or chat with the team as available in your country.
