Richard, you will need a replacement - I am currently waiting for mine. The WP5 error is an issue with the thermostat. Good luck. I was supposed to have mine sent to me by yesterday haha. They have 'escalated' my concern but yeah, I see online that line is given to many asking for the replacement.
