Want to install Nest - but not sure how to wire

Attached is a picture of my existing thermostat. It shows the Y wire connected to W. Not sure how to wire the Nest.

So, I have - Red wire to “R”, White wire to “O”,  Green wire to “G”, Yellow to “Y” but there is also a short wire from Y to “W”. 

Confused. -

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community forum. I'd be happy to shed some light on your situation here. Please answer the following:

1. Are you from North America or Europe?
2. Which Nest thermostat do you have?
3. Send us a photo of your HVAC wiring so that we can verify the wire before connecting it to the Nest Thermostat.

Also, to help you with the photo, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to this link: Google Nest Community Forum.
2. Hit reply on the thread,and you'll see a camera icon or three horizontal lines to expand the toolbar, where you can click the camera icon and send your image.
