Warranty Needed . . . Not a bunch of instructions. Just need a replacement

I have 2 heat pumps and 2 nests. One thermo works the other does not turn off the heat and will automatically go into eco mode upon turning off entirely. The other one operates normally. I paid a HVAC service to diagnose my issues and check my units. It's the thermostat. How and who do I send this unit to. It was purchased via ADT in an "upgrade" to my home system. I need a replacement and not a bunch of instructions. The experts were here today for 4 hours.

Hi lauragodel, 

 

Thanks for posting. If you have determined that one of your Nest thermostats is malfunctioning and requires a replacement, kindly send us the service invoice from the HVAC technician who determined that the issue is with your Nest Thermostat so I can take a closer look.

I am limping along with this thermostat. Once our temps returned to normal 40, 50, 60s, it quit acting up. I will not buy another Nest, I can tell you that much.
