Warranty submission claim not working

My Google Nest thermostat is a year old and stopped working. The electrician worked on it and he said it can't be repaired. I am trying to put a warranty claim through and I keep pressing submit and it keeps saying "refresh page and try again". I saw another threat where a Jake "community specialist" left a link for contacting the Support Team and it was useless as it sent you to a page where you have to go through all this questions, gives you liknks, but never actual help or a phone number. How can I get in touch with Google so I can file my warranty claim?

Were you able to use this page to get the support options? That should give you a phone or chat option depending on your region.

I wasn’t. That page was useless as the problem is that the warranty claim form doesn’t allow itself to be submitted. I need contact info for google so i can speak to someone directly.
