Web won't properly access NEST thermostat via browser

Thermostat will not appear on Nest Home web page. It is a hassle to only access via app. It used to appear on web page but now it does not except for the away functions which are accessible in the account settings. FIX THE BUGS

Deleted thermostat and reinstalled on account.  APP still works but web page is the same listing no thermostat except in the settings where it somehow gives me the option to adjust the away settings.  Tried to add the thermostat to the webpage using the access code but it still gives me no joy and won't display; tells me to use the app to finish installation.

This looks like a bug in the software.

Hello Nest123,

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community Forum. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

You should see your Nest devices automatically once you sign in to the Nest Web app. Please ensure that you are logged in with the right email address associated with your Nest Thermostat in the Nest app. Also, check that you are in the correct home structure where it was installed.
