What is the temperature display on App?

The Temperature on the Opening Page of the Best App shows 32 degrees All The Time. What is this time supposed to be and how do you set it?

Just so I can find the right solution for you, can you let me know the following?
- What kind of Nest Thermostat do you have? (Base model, E, Learning)
- Are you using Fahrenheit or Celsius?
- Can you describe the incorrect time you're seeing? Is it a clock or duration?
- Are you unable to use the Thermostat completely (e.g., display won't give you access to controls, locked)?

Please send a photo of what your thermostat is displaying and/or a photo of your Google Home/Nest app. I'd appreciate it!
