What thermostat is my wiring compatible with?

I'm not sure what the additional red wire is that is connected to the yellow terminal. Any help would be appreciated!

You need to look and see where the little red wire that is connected with the yellow wire to the Y terminal goes.

I haven't been home much lately due to work and I'm not sure what the wire could be traced back to. I do have a humidifier system hooked up to my furnace, however it has its own dial control next to my thermostat.  I will check this when I get home.
