When I go into the Nest app, it shows "HOME" and underneath it, "Add Product." My thermostat is alre

When I go into the Nest app, it shows "HOME" and underneath it, "Add Product." My thermostat is already connected, so that's not the issue. If I click on "HOME" it gives me the option of changing to "AWAY." Under home, there's the outside temp. I do not see the indoor temp or any option to change it using the app. I've had this thermostat and app for about 4 or 5 years with no issues. Can someone please help?

The 4th Gen thermostat only works with the Google Home app.
