When on cool, hot air is coming out and says cool in 2+ hours

Thermostat constantly keeps saying cool in 2+ hours and I can feel hot heat coming out

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

I'd like to check for a couple of things to isolate the issue. If you're using a heat pump, we could change the O/B wire orientation by going following the complete guide here. Check your Nest thermostat mode. Is it also the same way when you set your thermostat to heating?
