Please someone help. When installing my Nest Thermostat, I was commanded by my Nest App to order Pro installation because I have a duel fuel heat pump. So, I used the app to make my appointment and have not heard anything or gotten any confirmation, or even been notified who my Pro is. How can I find a way to find out if I've been assigned a Pro? I tried their chat service and they gave me the phone number 833-668-3241. When I called that number, they said they are just one company doing this and did not know how to find out what company was my assigned Pro. I'm at my wits end at this lack of ability to get an answer from Google so I am hoping someone here can help me on how to find out who my Pro is.
