Nest with Worcester Greenstar 8000

Hi

Could somebody help me please? I am looking for some guidance on how to connect the heat link of 3rd generation Nest to a Worcester Greenstar 8000 Combie boiler. 

There is a ESi thermostat already installed with two lives, two neutrals, 2 earths, 1 black wire going into to Com and 1 grey wire to NO connections. 
I want to know how this is mirror into heat link. Can I connect 2 lives, neutrals and earth wires to heat link’s L,N and E ports?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
