I have 5 wires (Rh, Rc, G, Y, W), dual transformer system as furnace and AC are separate. Can someone confirm which Google Nest is compatible with my system? Photo is linked below.

Another question - will I require (or be best advised) to have a C wire? My current setup does not have one.

Your current thermostat is only compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Gen.
Try this wiring,
Read - Rc to Rc
Black - Rh to Rh
Green - G to G
Orange - Y to Y1
White - W to W1
I always strongly recommend that you install a C wire. Check and see if there is a spare wire behind the thermostat and use it to create a C wire. If there are no spare wires, use the Google Nest Power Connector to create one.

Hello PWheelans,
Awesome! I'm glad to hear you were able to successfully install it. It looks like we can consider this one complete, so I will lock the thread within 24 hours unless we can help out with anything else.
Regards,
Mark
