Which google nest is compatible with my system

Look like you have central air with gas heat! Any nest would work up to your functions preference. 1 issue is only see 4 wires and nest requires a 5th wire to connect to C on sub mounting plate. You might have extra wires bundled up with exiting ones hopefully! If not you need to install extra wire or cancel the fan function to power nest all time but you need to do some rewiring at your furnace controls also. Good luck.
