Which model do I have?

It has worked well for years.  I was gone and had a workman in. Now it says. 'The thermostat needs to recharge and is turning off.' I start with 'What model do I have?' From the back I can tell it is low voltage. The front is blue and the characters FAPSYF are below the QR code on the back.

Very hard to define which model you have with the Link provided below unless you look close at the images.!!!

However this might help..........

Yellow spirit level is 1st or 2nd gen

Blue spirit level is 3rd gen

You state your one has been working for years, so would expect it to be one of those.

I must be missing something!

I also don't see where the user mentions which country they come from, as US is the pictures you are showing, but European are not the same, but the spirit level colour is the same wherever!

Thank you for posting. I really appreciate the help. @Frustratedddd and @JWillRVA. I'm sorry that your thermostat shows that it needs to be charged and you don't know which one is the correct one. Help's here.

For this concern, please follow this article to troubleshoot charging issues and try to charge your thermostat first. There are the instructions for every model of thermostat.
