Which nest thermostat is compatible

I need help trying to see if my AC unit is compatible with the nest recently. Found out that it is not compatible with the Amazon thermostat.

Can you share with us a photo of your existing thermostat's wiring setup? Tell us the make and model of your air conditioning unit. Also, from what country are you posting?
