Hello all,
I am trying to determine if the Nest thermostat is compatible with my HVAC setup. I have attached 4 photos
1. From the White Rogers 1F78 user manual showing the setup
2. A rendering of the wiring that I made ... hopefully for clarity.
3 and 4. Actual photos of the wiring
We would like to replace this old thermostat with a Nest but I would like to be assured that the Nest is compatible with the wiring. We have no "common" and ideally, I don't want to hire an electrician to run a common wire from the HVAC because of the expense.
Thanks.

Your current thermostat is compatible with any of the Nest thermostats.
Try this wiring,
White - Y to Y1 or Y (jumper to W not needed)
Red - RH to Rc or R (jumper to RC not needed)
Green - G to G
Blue - O to OB or */OB
The "or" is for the Google Nest Thermostat wiring
